Job-Fit Comprehensive Report. The Job-Fit Report allows a comparison of your candidate against a personality benchmark that has been customised specifically for your role and organisational culture. It will also give a suitability score based against your candidates fit against the benchmark. The report includes an interview guide based on where your candidate misses the benchmark, as well as an overall description and graph for each score. JobFit is typically used in combination with other reports such as Work-Fit below. It will improve your hiring success.

Work Fit Report. The Work-Fit report presents how a candidate will approach different workplace situations. What is their preferred leadership style? Do they prefer a straight salary or one with a bonus component? Do they prefer working remotely or in the office? Use the Work-Fit report to help determine if your candidate will fit with your organisation's culture.

Team Fit (Member) Report. The Team-Fit Member Report assigns a candidate or employee a team membership type and provides a picture of who they are using two scales - 'self vs. relationship' and 'task vs. people'. This report is typically used as part of team-building program. The report compares team-members' temperaments to others members' so they can better understand how to work best with each other.

Team-Fit Leader Report. The Team-Fit report is designed for leaders to identify a member's team type. This allows the leader to view how that team member will fit into the team based on the teams' personalities and work approaches

Retail Fit Report. The Retail-Fit report is specific to retail sales positions. It uses a benchmark to help store managers determine a candidate's speed and reliability. The report includes suggested interview questions focused on retail environments along with a scoring system that helps structure store-level interviews. This report is an excellent tool for hiring managers who are short on time, or are just looking for more targeted interview questions. |
Quick Fit Report. The Quick-Fit report is ideal for when a simple and quick 'yes' or 'no' is required on a candidate's role suitability. It is a one-pager that gives a traffic-light style visual report - green (good fit), red (probably not) and orange (maybe). The report is based on the Prevue short-form test rather than the full assessment.

Individual Report. The Individual Report is a report designed to be shared with your candidate. It does not include a benchmark, fit score or interview guide. It is essentially the Snapshot Report (below) but written in the third person with a less hard-hitting interpretation of of the assessment results. Applicants appreciate the report and it enhances their experience of the recruitment process, even when they have been unsuccessful.

Snapshot Report. The Snapshot Report is ideal if you are looking to garner detailed information on a candidate without a benchmark. The report gives a graphical overview of your candidate's results, a summary overall narrative and then more detailed commentary on each trait. Candidate snapshots are designed for external recruiters or for anyone who wants excellent information without a benchmark.
